As a parent of a child with special educational needs, Ali Durban MBE is dedicated to improving outcomes for neurodivergent children.

She co-founded Gesher School, an Ofsted Outstanding model of inclusive education, and established The Gesher Assessment Centre to provide timely support for families.  

Ali has raised over £12 million for inclusive education, holds several sector leadership roles, and was awarded an MBE for services to children and young people with SEND.
