Samantha Twiselton 
Former Director, Sheffield Institute of Education Samantha Twiselton has been instrumental in shaping teacher training and development in England. She has worked closely with the Department for Education on strategic reforms, served on the advisory group for the Carter Review, contributed to the Core Content Framework and Early Career Framework, and advised on the national ITT Review. As a Teach First trustee, she remains a leading voice in driving excellence across teacher education.

Jonny Uttley 
Chief Executive, The Education Alliance Jonny Uttley is a national advocate for ethical leadership and inclusive education. Commissioned by the Centre for Young Lives to develop an aspirational blueprint for inclusive schools, he also serves on the DfE Advisory Board for Yorkshire and the Humber and is a trustee for SHINE, a charity dedicated to reducing disadvantage across northern schools.

Caroline Wright
