Edexcel launches investigation after exam paper leak
Exam board Edexcel has launched an investigation into how part of an A-level maths paper was leaked on social media ahead of the exam sitting.
Blacked-out images of two questions were shared the afternoon before students sat the exam, with Pearson, who runs Edexcel reassuring studentsthat no-one would be advantaged or disadvantaged and they would not have to re-sit the paper.
The leak marks the third year in a row that A-level maths questions from an Edexcel paper were revealed online ahead of the exam.
